Are INOPRO strips peroxide-free?
Both Advanced and Innovative whitening-strip formulas are made without hydrogen peroxide. Check the full ingredient list on the product page.
How many treatments are in a box?
Each 28-strip box contains 14 pairs: one upper and one lower strip per treatment.
How are the two formulas different?
Advanced features papain and bromelain. Innovative features arbutin. Compare the full formulas on their product pages.
How do I use whitening strips?
Follow the directions on your individual pack. Product pages include the application steps and treatment time.
Can I use strips with dental work or if I have specific concerns?
Check the product directions and ask your dentist before use if you have braces, restorations, sensitivity or another dental concern.
Which toothpaste and foam flavors are available?
Explore seven toothpaste flavors in the toothpaste collection and five foam-mouthwash flavors in the foam collection.
Do I need all three care steps?
No. Toothpaste is for brushing, foam mouthwash is for freshening up, and strips have a separate place in a whitening routine. Choose the products that fit your needs.

How much is shipping?

When will my order arrive?
Delivery timing depends on your address and the shipping service. Review the available estimate at checkout and use the tracking details sent after your order ships.
Do you ship to my country?

What is your return policy?

Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will check the order status; a change cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment is underway.

How does Subscribe & save work?
Eligible product pages show a recurring-delivery option and its current price. Select your quantity, choose a delivery interval and review the plan before adding to cart.
How often will my products be delivered?
Choose one of the available intervals on the product page. Quantity and delivery interval are separate choices; choose both to match your routine.
Where can I manage a subscription?
Use the subscription-management link provided with your subscription confirmation. If you cannot find it, contact us for help.
Are curated sets available on subscription?
Curated sets on these pages are one-time selections. To subscribe, choose an eligible individual product and select its recurring-delivery option.
Sets & gift edits
Can I choose the flavors in a set?
Some sets let you choose flavors or formulas. Fixed duos keep their named pairing. The selected contents are shown before you add the set to cart.
How are set prices calculated?
The product subtotal uses current individual prices. Any eligible automatic discounts are applied and listed in your cart. Shipping and taxes are confirmed at checkout.
Does the gift edit include gift packaging?
The current gift edit is a curated selection of individual products. Gift packaging is not included.
Can I create my own routine?
Yes. Use Build Your Routine to choose your products, then review the full selection before adding it to your cart.
