Brush and refresh as part of everyday care. Use whitening strips separately, following the directions on the box.

Brush.
Apply a small amount of toothpaste. Brush thoroughly for 2 minutes, twice daily. Spit out; do not swallow.
- 10–15 sec
Refresh.
Pump 2–3 doses of foam. Swish for 10–15 seconds, then spit out. Use after brushing or when you want a refresh.
- 30 min
Whiten.
For a whitening treatment, dry your teeth and apply one upper and one lower strip. Wear for 30 minutes, then remove and rinse.
