Yes, we totally recommend to brush your teeth before applying the InoPro Whitening Strips. It's better using the strips in the evening time when you’re not planinng to eat food.

This is completely normal and temporary. These spots are on the teeth naturally and may become dehydrated during any whitening process. We again recommend using the InoPro Wihtening strips in the evening time so by morning the spots will fade away.

This totally depends on your diet and how much tea/coffee/red wine etc you drink and how much you smoke. Normally, we recommend repeating a full course every 4-6 months. But after the full course you can also use it once or twice a week just for maintenance.

The laboratory studies have proven the safety of the product if the InoPro Whitening Strips are used exactly according to instructions. The InoPro Whitening Strips are designed to be used for 30 minutes every day, do not exceed this time (do not use overnight). In some cases, with increased sensitivity of the teeth, it is recommended to reduce the duration of the procedures or take 1-2 days breaks. Whitening occurs gradually by 2-3 tones during the course.
